In order to ensure the availability of Lumon's basic functions, continuous optimization of product experience and platform operation security, we will collect multiple types of data related to your usage behavior in compliance with laws and regulations and with your authorization. Depending on the specific type of service you use, the scope of information collected may vary, including the following three categories:
The data you actively fill in, upload or authorize when using Lumon, including but not limited to:
User information filled in when registering or logging in, such as nickname, avatar, gender, email address, etc. If you choose to authorize login through a third-party platform (such as Google), we will obtain the user's public information (such as avatar, nickname, etc.) provided by it within the scope of your authorization for account creation or binding.
The content you publish or send on the Lumon platform, including text, pictures and other interactive data. We will not use your private communication content for any purpose other than messaging or technical processing.
In order to ensure the quality of service operation and improve stability and security, we will automatically collect data related to the device and network environment, including but not limited to:
- Device Information: Including device brand and model, operating system version, screen size, device language, time zone, unique device identifier (such as Android ID, OAID), etc., for system compatibility judgment and performance optimization.
- Usage Data: We will collect information related to your usage behavior, such as click paths, dwell time, access frequency, page browsing history, etc., to improve product design and user experience.
- Log and Fault Information: When the app crashes or exits abnormally, we will collect relevant log data, including crash stack, error report and network status, for problem location and performance monitoring.
- Permissions and Sensor Data (only with your authorization): If a video call requires camera and microphone permissions, Lumon only obtains and processes the data locally when the function is used, and does not store it remotely.
In order to improve Lumon's operational efficiency and service capabilities, we may integrate third-party SDKs or service providers that have undergone security audits, which may collect data related to their functions during the service provision process. Mainly including:
- Data Analysis and Tracking: In order to understand user behavior and product usage trends, we may use tools such as Firebase Analytics and Adjust to collect statistical information such as the source of app installation, key behavioral events (such as registration, login, first chat, etc.), country and language settings. All relevant data are de-identified and used only for statistical purposes.
- Social Login Service: If you use social login through platforms such as Google, we will obtain the corresponding information according to the scope of your authorization, which will only be used for account binding and user identification, and will never be used without authorization.
